I also discuss the cultural narratives that often shape women’s beliefs about aging and how many of those stories are inherited rather than chosen.

You will learn why aging is not a decline but an evolution — a clarifying, deepening, and powerful season of becoming. You will also hear three guided questions to help you gently challenge old beliefs and craft a new story about the woman you are and who you are becoming.
