Hi, I’m Dvora.
Women often tell me that what they feel most in our conversations is heard — sometimes for the first time in a long while.
Many come in feeling curious about their health, their energy, or their bodies… but also unsure where to start, or hesitant to ask the questions they’ve been carrying quietly. My approach is rooted in open dialogue, compassion, and creating a space where nothing is off-limits and nothing is judged.
Alongside that listening and support, I bring over 40 years of experience as a registered nurse and training as a certified health and well-being coach. I’m deeply grounded in lifestyle medicine and whole-person wellness, and I understand how women’s bodies, priorities, and identities evolve with age.
Sexy in Your 60s was created to offer women both expert guidance and genuine connection — so you don’t have to navigate this stage alone or in silence.
My role isn’t to tell you what to do. It’s to walk with you, help you explore what you’re curious about, and support you in creating a version of health and vitality that feels true to you.
