Hi, I’m Dvora.
Women often tell me that what they feel most in our conversations is heard. Sometimes for the first time in a long while.
I’m a Master’s-prepared Registered Nurse and National Board–Certified Health & Well-Being Coach with more than 40 years of experience working alongside women through health transitions. My career has spanned hospital care, community health, and 25 years as a school nurse, giving me a front-row seat to how bodies, stress, identity, and priorities evolve over time.
As I moved into midlife-focused coaching, I began to see a clear pattern: this season is not a decline. It’s a recalibration. And recalibration requires guidance, not guesswork.
My work is grounded in Lifestyle Medicine and whole-person wellness, with specialized training in plant-based nutrition and metabolic health. I’m also a certified ProLon® provider, which allows me to guide women in evidence-informed approaches when appropriate, always with discernment and choice.
I created Sexy in Your 60s to offer both structure and space. Evidence-based education paired with thoughtful, relational coaching.
My role is not to tell you what to do.
It’s to guide you as you build clarity, self-trust, and sustainable practices that support the life you intend to keep living.
