Why You’re Here
We sat girls down in a classroom and taught them about puberty. Then, for the rest of their lives, we said almost nothing.
Nobody sits a woman down at fifty and explains what is coming, what is normal, and what is treatable.
Something changed in your body and no one has ever explained it to you in plain language.
You’ve been told this is just part of aging and you should accept it.
There is discomfort or pain you have never mentioned out loud, including to your doctor.
You assume your desire is gone, and you have quietly grieved it without telling anyone.
You are partnered and something has gone quiet, or you are on your own and you miss being touched.
You have handled hard things in your life, and this is the one area you have never once addressed.
If you read that and felt something land, you are in the right place.
You do not have to be ready to talk about it. You only have to be willing to look.
Nothing is wrong with you. You were just never told.
This Isn’t What You Think It Is
This isn’t a sex course. It isn’t a medical webinar, a hormone pitch, or therapy.
And it is not a place where anyone will ask you to share more than you want to.
It is four weeks of live coaching with a registered nurse who will tell you the truth about what happens to a woman’s body, desire, and sense of herself in this season, and what you can actually do about it.
I have spent more than forty years in nursing, and I am a nationally board certified health and well-being coach, which means I am required to stay current on the guidance for this stage of life.
Most of that guidance never reaches the women it was written for.
What Changes
Four weeks is not long enough to fix everything. It is long enough to stop assuming something is broken.
By the end of these four weeks you will have:
- An honest picture of where you actually are, written down where no one else will read it
- Language for what changed and why, grounded in physiology instead of guesswork
- Clarity on why desire stopped arriving the way it used to, and the specific conditions that let yours show up now
- A working knowledge of what is treatable, including local estrogen, pelvic floor therapy, and where hormone therapy fits
- One concrete step toward care, which for most women is an appointment they have been putting off for years
- A definition of what sexy means to you now, in your own words, not the one you were handed at twenty-five
- A thirty-day commitment you actually intend to keep
You will not be told what you should want.
You will be given accurate information, honest company, and room to decide for yourself.
And underneath all of it: you stop organizing yourself around the idea that something is wrong with you.
Save My SeatWhat You’ll Experience
Nobody sat you down at fifty. So you filled in the silence yourself, and what you filled it with was the assumption that something had gone wrong with you.
Over four weeks you will:
- Look at where you actually are, honestly, with no verdict attached
- Understand what changed and why, in plain physiology instead of guesswork
- Learn what is treatable, and stop enduring what you were told to accept
- Approach your own body the way you would approach someone you genuinely love
This is not about performing desire, or getting back to who you were at thirty-five.
It is about meeting the body you actually have, with accurate information and without shame.
How It Works: The EMERGE Spiral
One subject, worked properly, over four weeks.
EMERGE is a spiral, not a finish line. Examine, make space, enter with curiosity, receive what is true, ground your next move, expand and evolve. You are meant to walk it again and again, each time from a steadier place.
Over four Thursdays we walk it once, together, on the one subject almost nobody explained to you.
Week One · Examine and Make Space
An Honest Snapshot, and Room to See It
Where you actually are, not where you think you should be. Then a look at the scripts you were handed young that are still taking up the room. Look pretty, but not too enticing. Be careful, always be careful. Shame is a nervous system response, not a moral failing, and because it was learned it can be unlearned.
Week Two · Enter with Curiosity
Your Desire Didn’t Disappear. It Changed Styles.
The lightning bolt of your thirties gives way to a slow burn that builds from connection, touch, relaxation, and time. That is the norm, not a malfunction. We map the conditions that let yours arrive, and you protect one of them this week.
Week Three · Receive What’s True, and Ground Your Next Move
Pain Is Not Your Destiny
The week most women say they came for without knowing it. Discomfort during intimacy is a treatable medical condition, not aging. We go through your real options, including local estrogen, pelvic floor therapy, and where hormone therapy fits, and you prepare the questions you will actually ask. We also make room for grief and for the women living without a partner, because skin hunger is real and touch is still yours.
Week Four · Expand and Evolve
Sexy and Sovereign, On Your Own Terms
You write your own one-line definition of what sexy means now, build what keeps shame from quietly creeping back in after the four weeks end, and set a thirty-day commitment you actually intend to keep.
What You’ll Receive Inside EMERGE: The Naked Truth
Four Live Coaching Sessions
Thursdays on Zoom, 4:00 to 5:15 pm Pacific, 75 minutes each. Small enough that you are a person in the room, not a face in a grid. Cameras welcome, never required.
A Short Video Each Monday
Ten to twelve minutes, released Monday so you arrive on Thursday already thinking. Watch it with your coffee. That is the whole assignment.
One Worksheet a Week
One. Not a binder. This is where most of the shift actually happens, and no one reads it but you.
A Weekly SMART Goal, Personally Answered
You set one goal a week and I write back to you about it. Not a template, not a bot. This is the accountability my students say they value most.
Every Replay, and a Room That Understands
All four sessions recorded so you can rewatch, plus the company of women who are working out the same thing at the same time. The isolation is most of what makes this hard.
Included With Your Seat
Bonus #1:
The Ultimate Guide to Choosing a Gynecologist
Most women don’t know that menopause-informed care is a specialty you can ask for by name. This is how you find someone who will actually help, and how to tell within one appointment whether they will.
Bonus #2:
Appointment Prep
The exact questions to bring, written out, so you don’t get to the parking lot and realize you said nothing. With space for notes afterward, because none of us remember what the doctor actually said.
Both are included at no additional cost when you enroll.
Four weeks of live coaching, and a way of returning to yourself that keeps working long after the last Thursday.

This is an intentionally small group.
Hi, I’m Dvora.
Women often tell me that what they feel most in our conversations is heard. Sometimes for the first time in a long while. On this subject, it is almost always the first time.
I am a Master’s-prepared Registered Nurse and National Board Certified Health & Well-Being Coach with more than 40 years working alongside women through health transitions. My career has spanned hospital care, community health, and 25 years as a school nurse, which gave me a front-row seat to how bodies, stress, identity, and priorities evolve over time.
[TURNING POINT GOES HERE. Two or three sentences, in your voice. Not credentials. The moment you realized nobody had told you either, or the first time a woman said something to you she had never said to anyone. Lydia flagged this same gap on the 8-week page and it matters more on this one. Delete this note once you write it.]
My work is grounded in Lifestyle Medicine and whole-person wellness, with specialized training in plant-based nutrition and metabolic health. What that means here is that I can tell you what is actually happening in your body, what the current guidance says, and what your real options are, without embarrassment and without a sales pitch attached.
I built EMERGE: The Naked Truth because the Naked Truths week of my eight-week program turned out to be the one women said mattered most, and the one they never expected to. It deserved more than a week.
My role is not to tell you what you should want.
It is to give you accurate information, honest company, and the room to decide for yourself.
If you have been wanting a place where your questions are welcomed, your experience is respected, and nobody flinches, you are in the right place.
Questions Women Actually Ask
Will I have to talk about my sex life in front of strangers?
Is this recorded? Who can see it?
Are you a doctor? Is this therapy?
I don’t have a partner. Is this for me?
I’m partnered, but nothing has happened in a long time and I don’t know how to start.
I’m 72. Am I too old for this?
What if I can’t make a Thursday?
How is this different from the Sexy in Your 60s eight-week program?
Come anyway.
You have spent years being told this part of your life is over, or that it is not polite to mind. It isn’t over, and it is entirely reasonable to mind.
You don’t need to arrive brave. You don’t need to arrive ready to talk. You need four Thursdays and a willingness to look at something you have been carefully not looking at.
Four Thursdays. Starting October 8.
